This kit list will be sent to you with your entry number.The completed KIT LIST is to be handed in to the organisers on the day. If you lose this form sent with your number, please download and complete, bringing it with you on the day.   The following is a list I shall be using or carrying with me on this event.

1. Strong footwear. Either walking boots or fell running shoes designed for such an event.
2. An Exposure ( bivvi ) bag.
3. Waterproof jacket and trousers.
4. Reserve food -eg dried fruit, chocolate, mint cake, glucose tablets
5. Spare sweater or similar garment.
6. A functioning torch. Six flashes a minute in an emergency
7. A whistle. Six blasts a minute in an emergency
8*. A simple first aid kit - including a crepe bandage and adhesive dressings.
9*. A compass - Silva or similar make.
10*. The revelent maps Scale 1:50000 or 1:25000. See entry details.
